6 Months ago I could barely hold the Crow Pose for 10 seconds and now I’m doing headstands with confidence and trying new styles by adding in side splits and front splits into my routine.
I now understand how every practice is a little step further. I have fallen on my face, my back, ass and side but by recording them and looking back over, I can see where I am going wrong with alignment or base structure etc.
I am constantly improving and although I’m not in a strict routine, cardio and strength training at the gym and yoga practice when I can is what has lead me to where I am currently.
Once I’ve practiced this pose to the point where I can freely move through transitions feeling stable and confident, then I’ll find my next pose to conquer
